Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a technique derived from Western scientific and neurophysiological principles. It aims to provide fast and effective pain relief, through the use of fine needles inserted into trigger points – painful, knotted areas – in muscles.

The needles can be used to target very specific areas of pain and penetrate deep into these trigger points.

Dry needling can be used in the treatment of most musculoskeletal injuries, arthritis or nerve root problems. It’s particularly effective where massage is too painful or not effective enough.
