Studio Classes


Gyrokinesis is a movement method based on the principles of yoga, dance, Tai Chi and martial arts . The focus is on joint mobility and strengthening, in particular on the spine, on pelvic floor and core muscles. The exercise are accompanied by breathing sequences. The technique aims to improve postural awareness and alignment. Everyone can practice it and there is not limit of age.
