Menopause...

Menopause marks the end of a womans reproductive years and the start of their Wise woman years. It occurs when your periods stop due to lower hormone (Oestrogen) levels. You reach Menopause when you have not had a period for more than 12 months and it can last up to 7yrs, sometimes longer.

Early Menopause...

If you reach menopause before the age of 45, this is known as ‘early menopause’. In women under 40 this is sometimes referred to as Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POI).

Here are many associated symptoms which can often have a huge effect on the womans life.
