Clinic Policy regarding Health Insurance:
The Backbone clinic policy regarding health insurance applies to all our practitioners:
All clinic patients will pay The Backbone Clinic DIRECTLY for all treatments. Following this, the patient will then be issued a receipt to claim this back from the insurance provider. The Backbone Clinic rates are clearly stated below. We suggest that you check that your insurer covers the full fee as stated below. The Backbone clinic, including its practitioners, claim no responsibility if the insurer refuses to pay the full amount.
With the exception of BUPA patients who will invoice BUPA directly for. The excess will be paid by the patient to The Backbone clinic directly.
