- Cold extremities (hands, feet)
- Numbness in hands and feet
- Swelling in arms/legs

Self Help for Poor Circulation
- Hot and cold therapy (eg. When showering, finish shower with alternating hot and cold sprays on the body and finish with cold)
- Regular cardiovascular exercise. This can be something as simple as a 20-minute walk every day
- If the circulation is specific to legs, keeping them raised when lying down or sitting
