Clinic Policy regarding Health Insurance:

The Backbone clinic policy regarding health insurance applies to all our practitioners:

All clinic patients will pay The Backbone Clinic DIRECTLY for all treatments. Following this, the patient will then be issued a receipt to claim this back from the insurance provider. The Backbone Clinic rates are clearly stated below. We suggest that you check that your insurer covers the full fee as stated below. The Backbone clinic, including its practitioners, claim no responsibility if the insurer refuses to pay the full amount.

BUPA patients: The Backbone Clinic will invoice BUPA directly. Any excess on the policy must be paid by the patient to The Backbone clinic directly. For this to be done, you must provide a valid authorisation number either BEFORE or ON THE DAY of your appointment. If these details are not provided then we are unable to accept insurance payment for the session and you will be asked to pay for your session. 

AXA Patients: Please note we charge a £10 Insurance Admin fee per session.
