Ayshe the Principle Osteopath is running weekly Online Remedial Movement & Back Care Classes. These classes focus are to promote:
- Better spinal mobility.
- Looser more relaxed muscles.
- Improved pelvic alignment
- Reduced pain and discomfort.
- Better posture.
- Increased body awareness and confidence.
Date: EVERY SATURDAY
Time: 9.30am-10.15am.
This class caters to all levels of fitness. All of this class is chair based.
