At The Backbone Osteopathy Clinic Southgate & Muswell Hill, we encourage a holistic approach with our patients. We are always networking with like-minded therapists and work along side many within our practice and outside of the practice.  We are always excited to have other therapists come rent our treatment rooms and offer additional complimentary services.

We have two calming, professional treatment rooms available to rent at our Southgate branch.

What amenities do you have available for those who rent your space?

We have toilet facilities, and a waiting area with drinking water. Therapy rooms are equipped with wifi, a plinth, couch roll, a pillow.

What hours are the therapy rooms generally available for rent?

At our Southgate branch: Mon-Sunday 9am-9pm

Prices for Treatment Room Rental North London; Minimum 4hr shifts.

 Morning 8am-12.00: £45 small room £50 larger room

Afternoon: 12.30-16.30: £50 small room £55 larger room

Evening: 17.00-21.00: £65 small room £70 larger room

Saturday 4hours: £65 small room £70 larger room

Sunday 4hours: £45 small room £50 larger room

Anything else I should know about Treatment Room Rental North London?

• A 50% deposit is required to secure rental and the balance is due the day of your session.
• We rent therapy rooms only when space is available.
• Any food or beverages brought in must be fully cleaned up when leaving.
• No candles may be lit in the therapy rooms, but incense is permitted.
• We have a COVID policy for the clinic to ensure we create a clean and safe environment for practitioners and patients. It is important these policies and conditions are met by all persons using the clinic facilities. Please make sure you have read our policy and are happy to comply and follow the policy. It is your responsibility to ensure your clients follow the policy which includes sanitisation protocols, triaging patients and wearing a mask in clinic. We have retain the right to refuse and cancel future bookings to anyone not complying to the clinic policies.

• Notice given 48 hours (2 days) or more before the rental- a full refund.
• Notice given less then 48 hours before the rental – refund of deposit minus a £10 administrative fee only.
