Womens Circles:
The Feminine Energy Circle is a safe and sacred space, where women can come together to be heard and seen. This is a space to feel empowered by each other, to learn, share and just be.
THE CLOSING WOMENS CIRCLE 4th Nov 2020
WINTER THEME; If you are able to, please bring something that represents this season for you.
Who is it for: Women of any age and back-ground.
Time: Registration: 7:15pm, Circle starts at 7:30pm finishes at 9:30pm.
Location: ONLINE VIA ZOOM
- A donation of £2-£5 is suggested to cover overheads.
- Food will be shared at the end of the session. Please bring something to offer to the circle if you are able to.
- The circle is a space for women to feel secure and safe.
- We kindly ask that the space is not used for the promotion of personal work.
- It is not a prescribed event, rather a time to be together as women and source from ourselves and our sharing.
- The activities on the day will differ, depending on what women in the group wish to receive or want to offer.
We hold the belief that we as women hold lots of wisdom, that our power is in our vulnerability and that we have an intuitive and powerful capacity to heal and support one another and ourselves. We offer you this space to take time for yourself to give you the time and self-care you deserve.
Yoga for the Mind: Manage Stress & Anxiety - 8 Week Course

Level: No yoga experience is required.
Price: £280 Early bird offer £260 if paid before TBC. Includes eight 2-hour yoga therapy sessions & supportive materials.
We meet once a week for two hours over an 8-week period. During each session, we inform you of how the mind, body and brain work together from a scientific perspective and teach you how to use practices that will promote well-being in all these aspects of yourself. Sessions include approximately 1 hour 10 minutes yoga practice, breath work, additional mind-body activities and a group discussion.
Weeks 1-2 of the course: Focus is on regulating breath as a mode to alter the functioning of your nervous system so that you can manage stress with greater ease.
Weeks 3 – 5: Focus is on the relationship between body and mood.
Weeks 6 – 8: Focus is specifically on the mind.
To support your practice you will be given a comprehensive manual which coincide with each week of the course.
No yoga experience is required.
